For many, the top criteria for Chinese New Year outfits will be bright and auspicious colors along the lines of red. If red is too strong for your skin tone, try colors like plum, coral or even different shades of pink that will flatter your skin tone.
Simple and Chic:
Jazz up plain outfits with accessories like a skinny belt, chunky necklaces or striking heels. If you're not the accessorizing kind, pick pieces that detail other elements like a lace insert, pleats or tiers.
